Billing and Payments

Accepted Answer

• Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance on the same calendar date each month.
• Payments are processed securely through Stripe, our trusted payment platform.
• You’ll receive a secure link to complete your payment and subscribe to your monthly subscription.
• Your first payment will include a one-time £20 Skin Setup fee, which covers your personalised skin prep, product planning, and homecare products.
• Payments must be made on time to keep your subscription active and to schedule your monthly facial.
• Subscription fees are non-refundable once billed.

Minimum Commitment

• A minimum 3-month commitment is required for all subscriptions.
• Early cancellations are not eligible for refunds or product returns.

Question 3

Appointment Policy

Accepted Answer

• You’ll receive one facial treatment per month as part of your subscription.
• Appointments must be booked within the billing cycle; unused sessions do not roll overto the following month.
• Rescheduling is allowed with at least 48 hours’ notice. One reschedule is permitted per cycle; additional changes may incur a £10 fee.
• Late cancellations (less than 48 hours) or no-shows will result in the loss of that month’s session.

Product Policy

• Homecare skincare products included in your subscription cannot be exchanged or refunded.
• Products are given based on your skin’s needs and may vary from month to month after your skin analysis

Non-Transferable

• Subscriptions are for personal use only and may not be shared, transferred, or gifted to others.

Cancellation Policy

• After the 3-month minimum, you may cancel at any time with at least 7 days’ noticebefore your next billing date.
